    Thank u for this article! We have a terrible infestation of mites and are looking for a homemade treatment. We just so happen to have coconut oil in bulk. We are going to make a homemade concoction containing coconut oil and tea tree oil to get rid of these pesky buggers !

      Awe, I just thought of that too! I was yucked when I learned the demodex comes out from the hair follicles to the scalp- to mate. If they come out to a pool of coconut oil and tea tree oil- it’s not going to be good for them.
